We participate in most PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) dental plans but are not in any HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) plans. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover card, and Care Credit financing plan for patient portion payment not covered by your insurance company. We use telecheck service for payment by personal check.

All procedures not covered by your insurance plan will be charged at our usual/customary fees. These fees will be given to our patients in writing prior to doing the procedures. We participate in some dental discount plans which require payment prior to leaving our office if payment is made on the day of the treatment.
